Lesson safety - Please read fully before each lesson.

Please observe the following safety precautions before EVERY lesson:
I'm asking for just Three things to be done before a lesson:
- Confirm by text that you have no Covid symptoms
- Take a Covid Lateral Flow test and show evidence of one with a negative result within the past 48 hours
- Bring and fully wear a mask ( must cover mouth and nose fully)

Before each lesson:
You must perform a lateral Flow test yourself - here's how:
Before a lesson, you will be required to show evidence of a recent negative ( within the last 48 hours) Covid test. This is simply showing the result on the NHS Covid App. You can order test kits by post all for FREE. If you are struggling to obtain a kit - CONTACT ME, I can help. I you have been tested at school/college/work within 48 hours, please show that result.
Please reply to the lesson reminder text you receive 24 hours before your lessons with the word "OK" if you and people you live with are displaying NO covid-19 symptoms - do this at least 1 hour prior to the start of your lesson. This confirms you are safe and have a recent negative Covid test.
Even if you have had BOTH Vaccines and if you or a member of your household have ANY of the following symptoms please contact me to cancel the lesson and also call the Covid line on 119
- High temperature – this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back
- New, continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual)
- A loss or change to your sense of smell or taste – this means you've noticed you cannot smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal
- An positive Covid test
The lesson will be cancelled and I will make no late charge. You will need to follow current NHS Guidance on Isolation.
If anyone in your household shows symptoms, you will not be permitted to have a lesson until a negative test has been conducted.
Equally, I will monitor myself and my household, I will test myself twice a week on a Monday morning and Wednesday Morning - my result is available to see at any time by clients. If I or my family display ANY of the above, I will advise you immediately and postpone lessons until it is safe to recommence.
At the start of your lesson:
I will NOT approach your door, knock or ring your doorbell. Please be ready at the start of your lesson and meet me OUTSIDE the car, please do not enter the car until we have had a chat observing a 1 meter distance.
Vehicle Hygiene: Between each lesson, all touchable surfaces in and out of the car will be cleaned with antibacterial solution, I will be regularly washing my hands throughout the day and also using 70% antibacterial gel before and after EVERY lesson.
Personal Hygiene: Please wash your hands thoroughly before each lesson with hot water and soap for at least 20 seconds, hand sanitiser is available in the car and MUST be used as soon as you enter the vehicle. During lessons, where practical, windows will be open slightly. Face Mask / covering MUST
be worn Please bring your own where possible - I have a supply of medical grade Face masks - Just ask if you need one.!
